How do I respond to the inevitable curiosity and protect my workplace reputation? only suggestion might be to use Windows and see what it makes of it ...... I was able to continue my files and folders transfer. But due to too many I/O errors from the bad disk (because the disk is bad, told ya!!) the raid recovery failed at around 20%.
