I finally got around to searching for it and bingo, problem solved. Trotzdem erhalte ich täglich obige Fehlermeldung. Either this bug was reintroduced or it wasn't really fully fixed. My guess is that the invoke-rc.d wrapper doesn't support all the actions the actual nginx init script supports.
