  1. The only difference was my TWAIN file path, I had to add this to my PATH setting: C:\Windows\twain_32\CNQL25 After a reboot, my CanoScan LIDE 25 is working once more.

I've used my scanner for years with no problem. This worked for me as well with a Canon 4400f on Windows 7 x64.
