Tried changing burn speed and have gone through 10 CD's trying to fix the problem, so changing the CD has not fixed the problem. I was trying to back up my iTunes files by burning them on a CD.
A Runtime Unknown Error 4261 error code is caused by a Hexadecimal formatting error. Please type your message and try again. With problems like this often times a reg scan fix can restore sanity.
Does the list exceed the size of the cd?

Although they were able to burn playlists on different burners, which are listed in the iTunes Preferences/burning section, they can't do it now. Any songs repeated duplicate names?
