  7. I believe, as you mentioned, thatthe ultimate problem is permissions.
  8. You never close the connection, so when you try to open another one, the file is locked by the first connection.

the error pops after about the 20th iteration. Probably just easier to move to a new piece of hardware. Each one specifies a connection to the same database. Add my account and check the full control check box.

I don't know if there is something significant about opening 65 connections. You cannot mix 32bit and 64bit code and database drivers, just make sure everything is consistent.
